Isla de Sol

Another stunning island on Lago Titicaca, Isla de Sol is slightly smaller than Praslin island (10 km long but 2km wide) but still the largest island on the massive inland, high altitude sea.

The island is home to more than 80 ruins dating back to pre-Inca times.

We camped on the beach, explored the hills and really enjoyed our time on the bigger island.

The Inca steps to the top of the island. These steps will humble you :)
